Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By making a booking with Tigers Transport Ltd ("Tigers Transport", "we", "us"), you ("the customer", "the hirer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made by telephone, email, online form, or in person.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until you have received a written confirmation from Tigers Transport and, where applicable, paid the required deposit. Tigers Transport reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

The hirer is responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking including passenger numbers, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and timing requirements. Any changes must be communicated as soon as possible.

3. Payment

A deposit (typically 25–50% of the total fare) is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the journey date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Corporate account terms are available on application.

Tigers Transport reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if the deposit is not received within the agreed timeframe.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the journey: full deposit refund.
  • Cancellation 7–14 days before the journey: 50% of the total fare is payable.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the journey: the full fare is payable.

All cancellations must be made in writing (email to Enquiries@tigerstransport.com). The date of receipt of written cancellation will be used to determine the applicable charge. Tigers Transport will not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from a cancellation.

5. Amendments

Any amendments to a confirmed booking (date, time, route, or passenger numbers) must be requested in writing as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a revised quotation. Tigers Transport cannot guarantee that amendments can be accommodated.

6. Vehicle & Driver

Tigers Transport will provide a suitable vehicle for the number of passengers and type of journey confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or greater capacity where necessary without prior notice.

All drivers are DBS-checked and hold valid PSV licences. Drivers are subject to legal hours-of-service regulations. Tigers Transport reserves the right to terminate any journey where a driver's safety is at risk.

7. Passenger Conduct

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all passengers throughout the journey. Tigers Transport reserves the right to refuse to carry or to remove any passenger whose behaviour is deemed a risk to the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle.

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times where fitted.
  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted with prior written authorisation.
  • Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
  • Feet must not be placed on seats.

Any damage caused to a vehicle by passengers will be charged in full to the hirer, plus an administration fee.

8. Delays & Punctuality

Tigers Transport will make every reasonable effort to ensure punctual collection and delivery. We will not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For airport collections, Tigers Transport monitors live flight arrival data. No additional charge will be applied for standard flight delays of up to 60 minutes. Delays beyond this may be subject to a waiting charge.

9. Pricing

All quoted prices are all-inclusive of driver costs, fuel, tolls, congestion charge, and any applicable airport fees, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Tigers Transport reserves the right to adjust the price if the scope of the journey changes materially from the booking details (e.g. significant route changes, extended waiting, additional stops).

10. Liability

Tigers Transport's liability to the hirer in respect of any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total fare paid for the relevant journey.

Tigers Transport shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to missed flights, missed events, or accommodation costs arising from delays or cancellations.

Tigers Transport maintains appropriate public liability and motor insurance as required by law.

11. Lost Property

Tigers Transport accepts no responsibility for any property left in or on our vehicles. Any items found will be held for 28 days, after which they will be disposed of. To report lost property, contact us at Enquiries@tigerstransport.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
